The Skillet

Great place for lunch! We had the sirloin steak and ribeye steak, both cooked to perfection. Sides were absolutely delish too! And a nice Merlot to wash it down alongside a cheeky gin and an espresso. Restaurant has got a great vibe with helpful and friendly staff.

Well decorated and really cozy restaurant. Staff friendly and attentive. Came here with my family for the £12 lunch. Food was amazing especially the steak frites and fish and chips. Probably the best fish and chips ive ever had.

If I could bottle the atmosphere in this cosy restaurant, I'd be a millionaire! From the friendly welcome to the attentive staff and great food, we had a lovely lunch. I had an amazing house G&T aperitif, anchovy fillets, aubergine schnitzel and probably the best chocolate and coffee knickerbocker glory I've ever had. I loved how the servers took time to explain the presentation and ingredients of each plate. Can't wait to go back xx

Lovely cozy family run restaurant - fantastic staff and service. Great cocktails, don't miss the popcorn old fashioned! Food is good and about what you'd expect to pay for the area. Coped well with a dietary restriction without fuss. Cool relaxed vibes, good for after work and special events. Loving the steak deal on the Thursday.
