Unfortunately the day staff have took it upon themselves to disallow paying customers use of the toilet facilities because they can't be bothered cleaning, with a makeshift sign & an aggressive manner when you walk towards it. Leaving travelling motorists unable to access basic facilities that should be provided. Female staff are also very rude! When you spend over £100 on petrol & refreshments you expect better. Hopefully management step in and ask staff to do the job they are paid to do.

Called in to purchase some items in store and was talked to in an extremely rude and patronising manner by a lady with blonde hair and glasses. Parked next to a coned off pump with no intention of using it and with space so that another car could still use the adjacent pump. The tone the lady had was off hand and absolutely uncalled for. Needless to say we left very quickly without purchasing anything having been put in a foul mood by her horrendous attitude.

ATM dispenser within your petrol station at Shell Shaws G43 1LS is in need of urgent repair. (Cannot find out who to go to). Screen illegible and numbers not all working. Please address this with relevant company. Thank you

Pitstop at this petrol station, whilst travelling.... spent a bit of money for journey onwards..... place was unkempt and dirty and to make things worse.... none of the toilets were working.... men, woman and disabled toilets all put of order and the woman behind the counter wasn't helpful either

Failed to apply my shell rewards discount due to a known till issue. If genuine, why is there no workaround until it is fixed? The staff member appeared annoyed when queried, rather than concerned or sympathetic. I was told to take it up with "them". I wonder how many other loyal customers have been stung.
