Ziques Hinba is a Spanish restaurant and brunch spot at 66 Hyndland Street in Glasgow’s West End. It is the same address as the long-running Cafezique / Zique’s, founded in 2001 by Mhairi Taylor (first as Delizique). Glasgow Live and The Herald report that Hinba Coffee Roasters — founders Fergus McCoss and Ness Achilles — took over the restaurant and its sister bakery in August 2024; the official contact address is ziques@hinba.co.uk. Under Hinba the kitchen leans Spanish: sharing plates, brunch and Wednesday pintxos from 5pm. Glasgow Live named head chef Robbie Smith, who trained at Michelin-starred Mana in Manchester and previously worked at Alchemilla, Hooligan and Five March. The Herald’s 2025 review flagged small plates such as boquerones and Marmite potatoes, with larger plates around the £17 mark on that visit. Great staff and lovely location and atmosphere. Coped well with dietary requirements. However food was just a bit average. Fried buttermilk chicken was really not fried and didn't taste fresh. Decent portions for the eggs and smoked salmon.

Not only is the food delicious but the presentation enhances the experience. We’re only in Glasgow a few days but we’ll definitely go back. Enjoy!
Read on Google MapsCame with my partner for a late brunch and they were quick to seat us and then take our orders. When the food came, it was absolutely delicious! The chips were a lot better than expected and the service was friendly. Would highly recommend when looking for breakfast/lunch.

Did take a while to arrive after ordering however it was busy given it was a sunday Lemon and ginger tea was good although a bit disappointed i was charged extra for honey. Would have been 5 stars but my poached egg was cold. Will definitely be back
Read on Google MapsSadly, the food is not what it used to be ... the braised beef on toast was tasteless. No salt, no flavors. Boiled beef, combined with a plain hollandaise sauce is not a happy combination. Mocha was also equally tasteless. Will not be coming back. However, service and people are still great.
