The Rum Shack

Was here last night with a friend and had a lovely chill time. I’ve been in a few times for drinks but never for food. I had the Jerk Pork Belly which was super tasty and was served a decent portion, so I will definitely return for food again. Cocktails are always great in here. Staff super friendly and the place is dog friendly which was handy for us yesterday! :)

Wow, what a terrific find. Fabulous service, food, and drink choices. Definitely worth the ride from city center! The prawns were a favorite!

Didnt have food, there to see the excellent Cinelli Bros.with support Jed Potts.Venue is spacious with separate bar and venue areas.There is some seating for us not so nimble aged rockers who need one but it seems you are invisible to younger, fitter power drinkers who stand right in front of you ,obscuring your view. I'm afraid you would have to explain to them, at length, the words rude and selfish.🙄

The food here is absolutely delicious. They have a hot rum punch which is amazing 🤩. The service was very good. The background music was brilliant. It was our first visit there and I googled Caribbean restaurants in Glasgow and this came up, and none of us were disappointed. If we ever go to Glasgow again, I will definitely be eating there. The food is reasonably priced and tastes so good.
