The Left Bank

We decided to try a new place this time but in our regular part of the city. And we were not disappointed. We requested a quiet corner and got exactly that. The service was great from the moment we entered. Very friendly staff and I'm gutted that I don't know the names except Tatiana who even made some good recommendations . We were made to feel very relaxed and everyone who served us was friendly and attentive. Food was excellent. It was the dinner menu and it didn't disappoint. Plenty of it too. The wine was stunning and so was my mango rum. Dessert had some interesting flavours which were new but very welcome. Will definitely go back for more.

Visited on a Friday night with a party of three and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The food was excellent—beautifully prepared and full of flavour. Service was exceptional: attentive, polite, and never rushed, even after we’d finished our meal. We appreciated that a discretionary service charge wasn’t automatically added, which is increasingly rare these days. That said, we gladly left more than 10%—it was well deserved. Highly recommended.

Fantastic place for dinner. Have been here a few times now and the food is amazing. The service is excellent too - special mention to Tuva who went above and beyond. It’s a lovely place and a very relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommend and will be back soon!

The service was fine, but the waiting time was far too long. We were seated at 11:50 and placed our order by 12, but didn’t receive our dishes until 12:40. Only one staff was there serving all tables at first. The soup tastes good, however, the fish finger ciabatta tastes exactly the same as fish & chips.

A Sunday well spent brings a week of content and all that. The Left Bank is just such a lovely, wholesome place to have a weekend brunch. Food was absolutely amazing. Such a good vegan breakfast and the matcha mousse with cherry and white chocolate was honestly one of the nicest things I have ever tasted 🍒 Please pass on thanks to your absolutely lovely staff members - the two male waiters on today at 11am. They could not have been more attentive and the place was absolutely rammed. Also my puppy Lychee says thank you for the biscuits and you get extra love for having a Lychee cocktail ❤️ thank you!
