Overview

Sizzle Hotpot & BBQ buffet sits on Partick Bridge Street, just off Dumbarton Road in Glasgow’s west end. Glasgow Live covered its opening in September 2025 as a Korean barbecue and hotpot spot where you cook at the table: grill cuts of beef, pork, and chicken, plus vegetables and banchan-style sides, or work a hotpot broth instead. The format is all-you-can-eat buffet rather than à la carte only. A local Glasgow guide reported about £27.99 per person last time they checked, with a £5 charge if more than 200g of food is left uneaten — so start small and refill. OpenTable lists the place in the £25-and-under band, with a full bar (beer, wine, cocktails) and casual dress. Hours are typically noon–9:30pm Sunday–Thursday and noon–10:30pm Friday–Saturday. It is not bookable on OpenTable; call 0141 334 3030 or email sizzlepartick@gmail.com. Booking pages distinguish BBQ tables from non-BBQ restaurant seating, so say which you want when you get in touch. Street parking is the usual option; Kelvinhall Subway is a short walk along Dumbarton Road.

Super excited & a bit nervous to try this experience. Joanne made us feel very at ease & we loved the food, experience & atmosphere (quiet as we got in just at lunch time - but soon got busy) We went with the 9 dish platter between 3 of us & it was superb! Thank you again Joanne & all the team we will be back soon.

We went for the first time last night. Food was amazing fantastic experience. However, maybe only order a few dishes at a time. We didn't know what to expect as it was our first time and ended up with way to much food! But was all amazing loved it.

*AVOID AVOID AVOID* We were craving Korean so decided to give this place a try after they have changed owner (previous owner were quite good.) Like other reviews, definitely not Korean but Chinese taste. Didn't mind if it Found a hair in one of our raw pork which was definitely not ours due to the colour (we had black hair and it was lighter reddish-brown). Told the male server and not only did he not apologize, he argued saying all their chefs were male (even though there were 3 femal servers?!!)

Korean food restaurant but the taste is Chinese..one staff is ok but another girl seems very rude, body language looks like she is not happy there. No communication with customers. nice asthetic place for pictures probably.

Great food and friendly service. The beef barbecue was very tasty, enough for two people. You cook the meat after it's brought to your table on the heater to your liking. We had sticky rice with the meat and it was excellent. Really worth trying this place out.
