Porto Piri Piri

We've ordered from here once before and the food was fine. However this time it was not so whatever you do don't order from this place. Food came with so many items full of multiple unknown hairs. Called the restaurant as we wanted to send food back as we wanted a full refund given the fact that we found so many or send out fresh items that are thoroughly checked before being sent out as clearly these hairs would've came from someone who was preparing the food. Was told from staff that they wear hair nets which is an absolute joke to say the least especially given the fact there wasn't just one but multiple hairs. Everyone didn't have the stomach to eat theirs so yet again another food delivery place where the service is absolutely shocking and a disgrace as we are now out of pocket of £30 odd quid. Certainly won't be back as we have zero trust that they'll actually send out decent EDIBLE food. Should be ashamed of the poor attitude and service and I hope to god they learn from this experience and actually put more care into the preparation of food and customer service cos we certainly won't be back to piss more money up the wall. No refund apart from £6 via the delivery service we used which is nothing, contacted PayPal since we used them to pay for the items but sadly we still haven't received any money from either. So I'd recommend to anyone that thinks they may order from here I'd say avoid like the plague as I have a funny feeling you'd end up in a similar situation to us spending money because you fancy and treat and end up with something sinister..

been going here since 2023 and when i tell you ive never had a bad meal from here i seriously have not. The chips are always nice, crispy, fresh and hot with the perfect portion sizes to fill you up and if you get peri fries that peri salt is to die for. Burgers are always juicy and fresh too. Love the rice box, rice is really flavorful and seriously tastes like home cooked made with love food. Wide selection of burgers, wraps, box meals, sides, kids meals, fried foods, grilled foods, desserts and drinks. Staff is always ready to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Especially the manager Ali who is also a very nice person and has always been there to help you if you have any questions or inquiries. Could not recommend this place enough, please do try it out!

I've been ordering from Porto Piri piri since they opened and can say I haven't had a bad meal yet. I ordered the peri chicken & rice box and a peri chicken wrap with lettuce cheese & salsa, everything came hot & fresh. The wrap was filled with chicken nicely toasted, i couldn't finish it as there was so much filling. As for the chicken & rice box, loads of chicken peices & the rice was nice & fluffy. One thing that could be improved is i would recommend more spice & sauce in the box it was getting a little dry further you got down. I asked for (inferno), and it wasn't spicy at all for me. I love the garlic sauce. I alway's have to order extra.

Delicious food and large portions, I am quite partial to the donner offerings having tried the wrap and tasca, bursting with flavour, plenty of sauce and delivered FAST! EDIT: The nachos were also delicious, worth picking up, lovely cheese sauce! I look forward to my next order from here!

Do not buy from here they do not give you your food you paid for. I went there to dine in nd orderd my food when food comes its not properly cooked chicken was so smelly nd everything is cold . Fries like yesterday cooked also the order is wrong when i call the girl she start blaming to me rather to accept its her fault. The taste was disgusting i just get one bite nd left all over there. The staff is not professional no cleanliness. The counter staff girl dnt know how to deal. Was very bad experience. Bread, chicken everything is disgusting.
