La Fiorentina has served Tuscan and northern Italian food at Paisley Road Toll since 1989. It is one of the longest-running Italian restaurants on Glasgow's south side. It sits on the ground floor of the landmark Angel Building, the former Ogg Brothers drapery warehouse, which is topped by a gilded angel sculpture dating from 1889. The kitchen describes its food as fresh and seasonal: Scottish produce cooked in the style of northern Italian trattorias. The restaurant says it values quick, friendly service and a warm welcome. It won Scotland's Favourite Italian Business at the Scottish Italian Awards 2021 and Best Restaurant Manager at the 2022 awards. It is closed on Mondays. Overall a nice restaurant for Italian food. The service was very friendly and nice. They have a large menu for food and drinks. The food overall was good. The tiramisu wasn’t as expected, it wasn’t fresh I guess. The caramel cheesecake was very delicious. The pasta plates were okay.

My husband & I eat out regularly and decided to try La Fiorentina for the first time last night. I had a bad week at work and our waiter Gabriel honestly done everything he could to make me feel better. He was personable, on the ball & just a really great guy. My husband and I appreciated him so much, the staff here go the extra mile for their customers and we will be returning because of this! The food was delicious & very well priced, the menu large and authenticity/family is obviously key to here. I highly recommend La Fiorentina, thank you for a lovely evening❤️

Very swift service which is what we were after as girls were going to a concert. Decor is lovely, menu is varied and the food was great. Very well priced too. Would definitely recommend and will be back.

The pasta made in house sooooo gooood!!! Our waitress was lovely! She gave a great drink recommendation i loved. I got the strawberry spritz? With lemonade instead of soda water. Really good! The stuffed mushrooms were delicious, and the pasta principessa was some of the best cream sauce ive ever had and the noodles have the best texture, so light and perfectly cooked! Highly recommend!!!

We played the with girls U18 EuroHockey Championship in Glasgow. We stayed close this restaurant and came here every day for a whole week. The staff were very kind and nice. The meal was excellent. I highly recommend it to everyone.
