Haute Dolci Glasgow is the dessert-and-brunch chain’s Springfield Quay branch (Unit C1, G5 8NP), inside The Quay leisure complex next to Alea Casino. Glasgow Live reported it opened in September 2024; Haute Dolci’s LinkedIn post called it the group’s 22nd store and third in Scotland after Edinburgh and Perth. The official Glasgow page lists 124 covers, champagne-toned interiors, brunch plus signature desserts, and facilities including parking, high chairs, disabled access, delivery and takeaway, parties and events, Key Holder benefits, VIP dining, and vegan, gluten-free and halal options. As of January 2026 the site is temporarily closed. Glasgow Live (Chiara Pollock, 21–22 Jan 2026) quoted the Glasgow franchise owner: a burst pipe at neighbouring Alea Casino caused significant water damage, and the restaurant remains closed until further notice while repairs are done. The official store page and The Quay’s news both mark it temporarily closed. When open, The Quay listed hours as Monday–Sunday 11am–midnight. The Glasgow menu on hautedolci.co.uk covers breakfast/brunch (English Breakfast Royale, savoury waffles, shakshuka) and a large dessert list — gelato, Matilda cake, San Sebastián cheesecakes, croffles, milk cakes, cookie dough, fondue platters and named waffles such as The Must. Official phone on the Glasgow page is 07857 373730 (Google also lists 0141 286 2183). Free Quay parking (4-hour limit); Shields Road Subway is a short walk; McGill’s 38 serves Springfield Quay.
Our server was Junaid, and as we gave our order, we were informed they had run out or this & that. Not very professional, considering it was a Saturday night. Prices are sort of okay, and thought we would try for the first time. Would I come again...maybe...but if limited menu again, I would vote with my feet. Oh yes, forgot to mention, the music was noticeably too loud, and even asked them to turn the volume down...which fell on deaf ears!

Junaid was exceptionally polite and professional, greeting us with a warm smile and providing quick, attentive service. The coffee was delicious and beautifully presented. Definitely worth a visit! 🌟
Read on Google MapsVisited late night on a weekday and although the decor and venue was very nice the desserts ordered were shameful. The French toast and Croffle both came out uncooked and doughy the ‘vanilla’ icecream ordered wasn’t even vanilla and to top things off there was a dead moth inside. When I bought this to the staffs attention I was simply asked if I wanted the icecream replaced rather than the whole dessert which I found very odd, to scrape off the icecream and simply scoop a new one on top? Will not be returning
Read on Google MapsImpeccable service from Zara, food was delicious and the restaurant is beautiful. Zara really went out of her way to make sure my niece had a wonderful experience. She says it’s the best lunch she’s ever had and is already asking to go back. The smile is still on her little face.
