Love this place!! Service was super friendly, and the vibe in the place is immaculate. It’s small and perfect for a catch up with 2 or 3 friends or for a date night. We had the focaccia, sweet corn fritters, pumpkin, and cauliflower (spicy!! So yum). Everything was super tasty and shareable. The drinks were also very good! Highly recommend.
Read on Google MapsTried the feasting menu, they were really good. Love the dessert as well. The staff were also so nice and took care of everyone, especially if you have any dietary requirement. We booked a private room upstairs and had a lot of drinks, music and loudspeaker were also provided so we could dance and enjoy the music for a private party. We had a really good time until the bar closed at 1am.
Read on Google MapsVery much recommended. We came in here, early lunchtime before a busy evening ahead for the restaurant. A tapas style menu. We had 5 dishes between the two of us. Sea bass ceviche, Asian style king oyster mushroom, patatas bravas, sourdough & focaccia bread and the unusual but lovely skate wing. Together with 2 wines, water and a beer - took us to £68.50. Friendly service.
Read on Google MapsJust had the most lovely solo dinner at Hooligan - great service, wonderful wines and incredible food. I wandered round the west end for a while and glad I held out for this place. Was treated so kindly from the staff as a solo diner and the two wines and dishes I ordered were all perfection. Lovely ambience and interior details to match the vibe, will be coming back for sure!
Read on Google MapsThe atmosphere was lovely and the vibe was right but the food doesn’t live up to the hype for me. The pasta I ordered was the tagliatelle with oyster mushrooms. The pasta was a tad underdone and not al dente, I could see the vision with this dish but the sauce was so overpowering that it muted the flavours of the mushrooms, spring onions and hazelnuts. The portions were also very small so you have to fill up on sides if you are a big eater like I am. It was nice to try but I wouldn’t go back as there is a lot of restaurants in the west end with good quality food for the same price.
