Customer service was amazing, not forgetting the burgers, got the fiesty and was unreal. Not to also mention the desserts. Highly reccomend, enjoy good munch from my own car, can’t complain

Tried it for the first time tonight. Everything lush and the only issue is that we ordered one meal with mods to remove items but they were kept on. Defo coming back tho

Ordered the Dubai Chocolate Sundae and honestly… what a joke. First off, the cup was smaller than expected – especially when other places give you bigger sundaes for the same price. Online photos show it filled to the top with layers of kunafa, pistachio sauce, and all the works. What we actually got? Just a sprinkle of kunafa on top, none in the middle, barely any pistachio sauce, and mainly plain ice cream. We ordered 4 of these, and somehow they weren’t even consistent – some had more ice cream, some less. For the price, it’s a rip-off. While waiting, we saw staff searching through ingredients for around 10 minutes. As soon as they noticed us watching, they quickly shut the door. When we asked, they covered it up by saying “the ice cream machine needed to cool down.” Right. Looked more like they were trying to find something they’d clearly run out of. Honestly, if I wanted plain ice cream with a bit of syrup, I could’ve gone to Tesco, bought a tub, and made my own. At least it would’ve been bigger, cheaper, and less disappointing. Ridiculous. Not satisfied. Wouldn’t recommend unless you enjoy paying pounds for a downgraded sundae.
