Delivery lads couldn't have been nicer! But the people running the joint fail to do their job. Ordered 2 ice creams. After 40 minutes we get the WRONG order. Not even close. Then after back and forward on the phone asking to have the order sent again, I'm hung up on. The second call, I'm promised a freebie the next day. I ask just to get one of them at least! And finally after what is now three phonecalls and a completely wrong order, I get a single sundae which was still not right... I called back today and asked for my replacement order, got told I'd get a call back in 30 minutes. That was 2 hours ago. So in essence, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! Instead, try "simply sweet". I've never tried them but they can't be much worse than this place.

Ordered from this place last week and they forgot our juice and one ice cream, driver came back with juice, took the receipt n we still didn’t get the other ice cream, with no contact what so ever from them. Ordered again tonight and all the ice cream was melted, there was no sos for kebab and the chicken was stinking. Also girl who delivered the foods attitude was atrocious, next time she attempts to deliver food tell her to do something about her face, face was tripping her. Absolutely appalled by the awful service.

I've ordered from this place a few times before on just eat. They have been late almost every time, leaving me to phone the store and asking where was the food. I ordered again tonight for me and my partner. We asked for 3 cans of juice. Both got something and a desert. We opened the bag and noticed they gave us a bottle instead. Didn't mind just called back and told them so they said next time we will get the juice for free. So we continued to unwrap the food and my partner ordered spicy chicken, chips and cheese. She got spicy chicken and chips only. Also without the sauce she asked for. So we called again and they again said that we would get it free next time. We continued on. After eaten we relised the desert we ordered was cookie dough with toppings and they gave us plain cookie dough. I ordered brownie with toffee sauce and I got a chocolate cake with white chocolate sauce, I dont know why but the cake was oily and literally looked like it had been put in someone's mouth and spat back out. Also the packaging was split open. We called back again, the man on the phone was getting angry and finally asked what we would like to be sent again to us. We asked for another chips, cheese with spicy chicken and the brownie. I got my brownie but the packaging was wrecked again and then got just a box of cheese. The food was nice but will be the last time we order from here again definatelly!!

My food had mold in it awful service absolutely appalling

Says on the website free delivery. I got charged £2 for delivery and a 50p service charge? How does that work?
