Great Family lunch and the food was excellent.

Lovely wee meal with family very simple food but delicious. Staff were super efficient and very friendly. Standout for me was the bakewell tart!

There were six of us at tables 9 and 11 today 8/8/25. My husband asked for steak pie. The girl came over and said "The oven has exploded"!!! He then got a chicken burger which he said was horrible (felt rubbery). I asked for Tika Masala but they didn't have that so I ordered Katzu chicken with rice - it was horrible! I've had Katzu before and liked. It. The sauce today was pretty disgusting!! My son has fish and he said it was not fresh. There only seemed to be a young girl and a young guy serving. We waited ages then my brother-in-law went to see what was happening to our food and was told "oh I thought you'd already been served!! A glass of Chardonay was £9!! I won't be going back - terrible experience!
