I've found a new favourite Chinese takeaway. The curry sauce and satay sauce are spot on. Helpful, cheerful girl behind the counter. Also, thanks to the friendly delivery driver (didn't catch his name) for his recommendation for where to eat in Mount Florida. Top man 👍

Overview
Foo House is a Cantonese-style Chinese takeaway on Aikenhead Road in the King’s Park / Cathcart stretch of Glasgow’s south side. Google’s 4.4 from dozens of reviews puts it ahead of many neighbourhood chippies; it’s collection and delivery rather than a full dining room. The menu is the familiar Glasgow Chinese spread — chow mein, fried rice, satay, sweet-and-sour, salt-and-chilli boxes, set meals. Their own site highlights hot-and-spicy king prawn chow mein and chicken fried rice; Just Eat lists a set meal for one around £12. Evening hours from about 4–4:30pm into late evening; phone ahead if you need an exact closing time. King’s Park and Cathcart Circle stations serve the area, and Aikenhead Road is a regular bus corridor. No Subway this far south.
Reviews
Love the food from here salt chilli chicken and salt and chilli chips amazing curry sauce and gravy sauce is amazing my favourite place to order from
Read on Google MapsYeah whilst takeaway food reviews are subjective, I have ordered a wide variety of dishes over a period of time and never been disappointed with quality or portions on offer
Read on Google MapsHad a absolutely nightmare on Friday night but they gave me as much help as they could as a regular customer and I sorted it tonight. Love this place and thank you so much.
Read on Google MapsOrdered for many yrs from here food is always amazing but tonight I got a chicken chow mein & chips & it cost a staggering £19.49. I also asked for no gravey & it was saturated. £4.80 for chips is now a total rip off. Whole meal when in the bin.
