I waited for my food for 30min and I just asked the waitress how long would I get food in a very gentle voice. While she insulted to me. It seems that the waitress can't control her emotions and may lose her temper with you. Be careful. But the manager is a very "nice" guy, he said people don't need to apologize for insulting others, and welcome to find him to vent your emotions. hope this can help u.

We've just booked to return to Glasgow in November. We visited WOLO last February and looking back now, this meal was memorable, as it tasted so good, was great VFM and delivered really authentic cooking. Sure, it's not a glamorous place to eat, but we stopped in here for lunch after a visit to The Kelvingrove Art Gallery and would happily do so again.

Extremely rude waitress there. If you don’t know how to be polite and how to serve your customers, do not work there, understand?

As a driver, I used to go to this store sometimes. They are very rude and slow. I suggest you shop in a better place

Absolutely amazing - Chinese people cooking proper Chinese food! The dumplings and noodles were lovely. Definitely worth a try.
