The Lemon Tree

Absolutely horrible. They gave us old chips from last night fried, old stringy chicken and prawns. Whole family threw it up as they felt so ill. Disgusting chemical smell reeks from food, used to be amazing for years but the quality has gone so down.

Very poor quality and exceptionally rude staff. Ordered a couple of different dishes and nothing was fresh or pleasant. Was a horrible chemical smell from the tupperware and not entirely convinced that the protein was as ordered. Tried to phone and the number on Google constantly rang out

Very small portion. Chicken was cooked but not well done, chicken satay skewer still had a pink discoloration. Food was floating in oil, extremely greasy. Delivery was 1hr30mins later than it showed on Uber Eats. If I hadn't got a discount, I would probably give it 1 star.

The lemon tree has gone downhill in recent years both in terms of food and the service. To the owners. If you are going to promote your take away as one that offers gluten free at least have an area of the menu where I can see gluten free options. On a side note, the dude behind the counter who takes the orders needs to take a customer service course.
