The Griffin

Stumbled upon this pub while doing laundry so stopped and had a pint. Menu looked appealing so we came back another night for dinner. The food was amazing! I can highly recommend the haggis, neeps and tatties - was the best I had all over Scotland.

We hired this place out for a private event in the small bar - which was the perfect size and made the best dance floor / place to stand and chat. The staff were absolutely incredible! Honestly so kind and couldn't do enough to help us out. They were also really responsive in the lead up. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a fab space. Could have our own music and imagery projected too. Thank you to the Griffin team again!

Really solid burger on a delicious pretzel bun. Sauce wasn't much to write home about, but they had fun beer and alcohol options too. Can get quite busy and loud, but we got there in time for a table.

I had a couple of pints. Nice well appointed bar with beer, wine and hard alcohol. Reasonable pricing.

Walked in without booking, ate delicious food and drinks. Kids menu. Great service and atmosphere.
