Veg Pakora was very nice, they do small portions for smaller prices which is good if your only getting a bite to eat for yourself. The decor is quite dated looking but the place seemed clean enough, probably could do with being done up though as the look would put lots of people off. Still OK though, would use again

Called in for Kebab meat and chips, got chilli sauce on one. The chips were ok but the kebab meat is something else! Tasted like hot dogs but was freezing cold, now add the chilli sauce loaded with red food dye, and it takes the taste and texture to another level of nothing!!!! but leaving you want to be violently sick. Never again. If I could have rated it 0 starts I would have, but they got 1 for being able to slate them on this review and post the truth

Portion was a good size but the kebab was about the most bland kebab I have ever had. Lacked spice, the salad was minimal and limp, and the sauce was watery and flavourless. Plenty in the munchy box but with the exception of the chicken Lakota and chips, it was pretty much inedible. Won't be back.

Ordered a tikka chasni mixed pakora and a peshwari naan. £18 for the pleasure and not a drop of rice and 3 bits of scraggly chicken in my mixed pakora. Maybe my experience wasn’t great but I wouldn’t recommend for the future.

The tarka dal is fast becoming a Soup! It's got more flavour than the rest in the surrounding area though! I'd suggest you pay a little bit more for delivery and get your Indian takeaway from THE SPICE GARDEN.. Under the bridge at Kingston. It's the only place I go out to eat at. Best Indian food by miles.!!
