Another reviewer noted the man behind the station flung all the items onto their sub, tried to rush them and was very rude from the start. When they handed over their £10 note for their £9.89 meal, he tried to close the till without giving them their change. Before they could say anything he opened it back up then giving them the wrong change, and when they asked for the correct change he waved his hand as if go away. The boss then rushed over and gave them their correct change, and he then proceeded to speak to the lady in a different language and completely ignored them when they questioned him. The service issues are such that reviewers note they really do wish they improved their service, and they're usually fond of this place but recently they've found them to be lacking.
