Subway

There is a woman that works here that has an absolute terrible attitude. Others have also comment on her attitude and they are not wrong. She has put me off going here in the past but I thought I would give it another try. I went again and ordered a salad. This time I won't be going back under any circumstances. Charged nearly £6 for a less than half full box of salad. The guy was literally counting the tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, jalapeno... I went back to complain which I never do in circumstances like this but given how empty the box was. The bad attitude woman said this is normal. TBH this was not like the Subway salad I got from another branch the other day.

Probably the worst Subway store I've ever been to. Ordered the Triple Cheese Saver Sub Toastie. I got an almost empty squashed 6 inch sub with a thin layer of sauce and veg. I couldn't taste or see any cheese so cannot confirm it had any. It just tasted like sauce and dry bread. It was truly awful.

Used to love this place for lunch but portions recently have been awful. Today watched server fill scoop then shake 1/2 contents out....asked for double and did same again..can barely see the chicken. Challenged it and got blank face. Won't return in a hurry esp when competitor 5 mins away.

Decided to take a very late lunch and went over to the local subway, a street away from the office. There was a particularly rude woman who was just tapping on her phone as i walked in. She had mentioned to the colleague serving that i was not allowed to eat in the store and should take my order to go - i wasn't going to eat in the dingy store anyway. Her attitude was awful and if she doesn’t want to work there, she should quit. Terrible customer service and Subway should do something about her - it is driving customers away

One staff clearly didn't know how to complete the order process politely and efficiently, very poor service attitude, had to repeat a sentence three times before she understood. Had to get help from other staff to complete the order.
