First impressions were good, nice packaging, smart branding, staff were pleasant and smiling. Looked like a safe bet for a baked potato. Sadly, the food didn’t match the presentation. I went for a cheese and coleslaw spud, but it was so heavily salted and peppered I couldn’t eat it. I can still taste the salt, not exactly what I was paying for. For the price, it felt far too expensive and a complete waste of money. The marketing makes you think you’re getting something special, but in reality it was just an over-seasoned potato. A simple fix would be asking customers if they even want salt and pepper, instead of piling it on. Nice idea, but poor delivery. I left lighter in the pocket, completely let down, and still hungry. I won’t be recommending or going back.

Was excited to try this place, unfortunately not what we expected sadly. We got the donner spud which was stone cold and the chicken which I said no to the mint sauce however the person was too busy focusing on other cars. Both spuds them self where hard, wish this feedback helps the team to improve 👍🏼

Didn’t do the drive through but used the walk-by window instead.Big selection of toppings for potatoes but confused as says on side of unit loaded fries and other things which are not on menu board . The guys level of preparation, presentation and packaging is 5 star. The only thing that let it down was the meals were lukewarm at best and the potato was a tad undercooked .

Got to be the one of the best baked potatoes i have had in a long time 10 out of 10.

Amazing delicious food. Very helpful staff. Definitely recommend to try as you will not be disappointed !
