Ordered from them via just eat. Food was marked as delivered before it had arrived, phoned them as it says on the app they use their own delivery drivers. Was sworn at on the phone and hung up on when telling them that food hadn't arrived. An hour later the food finally showed, the driver flung the bag at me and also swore. Food was mostly cold and the stuff that wasn't cold had that very clearly cooked then remicrowaved texture to it. Do not order from here.

Last year i give full stars after order many times at this shop, Pick up the food and sometimes order by the phone. REGULARS CUSTOMERS Liked 30/45 orders and make this shop. So understand what and ordered all the times , Because all the times ordered the same. Sometimes the food didn't have the same flavor, but it was really good. Tonight and decided give another chance due last time the food is totally poison same this time. ☠️, The much box full oil, The chicken curry totally disappointed like full water not any test. Chicken no cooking properly, Rice is like a stone. Fries black as if they were rotten . To be honest Not will back again at the owners give the same food at before.

Not the one usually too but a review up but I feel like I need to share my terrible experience with so good. Me and my miss ordered food on 4th July at about 6:30pm. Our order was two chicken fried rice, chicken balls and sweet and sour chicken (our usually order) we get back home with it to discover the order was wrong and we had everything apart from the chicken fried rice. I headed up to so good and asked if they can change our prawn fried rice to chicken fried rice like I originally ordered. Instead of both of us apologising for the mistake and going about our day, the lad with black hair who was working that night decided to tell me how wrong I am and that he heard correctly what I ordered. I then say to him that my miss picked the order up and you repeated the order to her and I know you said to her two chicken fried rice and again he argued back and said he didn't. After all of this back and forth I asked if I can get a refund which he refused. I ask him why and he couldn't give me an answer. I said after this "can I just order two chicken fried rice" he again refused and asked me to go and order at another Chinese. I left after this remark. It's ashame because I love the food but I can't go back because of how rude the customer service was. I would recommend giving this one a miss

So disappointed. We always ordered from Mr Rice without any problems for many years. We had used So Good a couple of times and had been impressed. Ordered from here on 23rd December amd my daughter had inedible Chicken Noodle soup and a large black hair fried into a piece of the Salt n Chilli chicken. Needless to say this wasn't eaten either. We will never order from here again.

Ok where do I start Firstly I placed order on just eat within a minute I got notification it was on its way that rung alarm bells right away I knew it wouldn't be fresh or anytime taking to cook Secondly I ordered breast of chicken curry however these restaurants must think your daft and wouldn't know the difference wrong what I received was the diced rubbery non breast chicken I honestly don't see this place remaining open for long as I don't think they will be making much money. Curry was rotten watery tasteless and disgusting chicken. What I would like to say to people if you want Chinese don't go on just eat or anything pick up the phone and call Peggy's you will thank me later only reason I got from here as I was craving Chinese and Peggy's is shut for holiday so I ordered breast chicken curry as you usually can't go wrong with that What I would like to say to owners of so good go and try Peggy's breast chicken curry and you'll actually see what breast of chicken looks and tastes like also might give you a chance to taste good food. People of maryhill go to Peggy's you get what you pay for and it's amazing ignore all the rest of Chinese places in maryhill they don't match up with Peggy's .
