We visited Simeone’s on Byres Road as a small group and had a lovely experience from start to finish. Pauline, who served us, was particularly impressive—she took all our orders from memory without writing anything down, and still got everything right. It’s rare to see that kind of attentiveness and confidence these days, and it really stood out. For the price, the quality of both the food and service was excellent. It’s a cosy, no-fuss place that delivers on what it promises. Would definitely recommend it if you’re in the area and craving a classic British meal with friendly, memorable service and a very reasonable price.

Absolutely the best fish and chips in town! The scampi and fish tea are top notch fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of flavour. I’ve tried other places before, but nothing compares. I’ll never go anywhere else now. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Delicious food and the portions are big so the value for the money is very good! Also, the staff is nice.

Tried this lovely fish and chips place, lots of seating and comes in big portions. We ordered fish tea and ice cream floats, it tastes great, large portions, great value for money, very friendly service, not much waiting time. The menu has a large selection, I’ve tired the Scottish breakfast there and it’s okay.
