I usually fill up my tank fully and pay by card, however today because I forgot my wallet and my tank was on zero, i just had some changes in the back of the car, so I filled up my tank for 35 pounds then when I went to pay inside, there was only this tall guy with glasses that i never seen before! Usually there are a few women who are very friendly! Anyway as soon as he saw my change said angrily with a long face that "I am not a Bank! I have the RIGHT not to take your coins" then threatened me with pointing his pointing finger at me and said "make sure not to do this again" he was looking down on me and measuring me! I tried to be patient and stayed calm throughout. He asked me to step aside and wait so he can count the coins, although my money was already in the Bags from the Bank, he start ignoring me and serviced the other guys who came after me! After he service them then asked me to go back to him again, for-so to count the coins in the bags!!! Although he was already counting now, all of a sudden put them on a side hence another customer walked in and ignored me again! I have had enough of disrespect and threats with ignoring and ignoring so I took off without waiting for this silly disrespectful individual! He was shouting over the speaker "I have to account I have to account" He has no manner whatsoever and definitely need to go back to the customer service training! Looks like just came down from mountains. Disappointing disappointing disappointing. This is not a right time otherwise I would go back there and talk to someone about it face to face.

Iv been using the fuel station for literally years, the staff have always been friendly & helpful, as I use frequently early hours of the morning due to work I usually have the how you etc when paying. This morning I had the misfortune to encounter a female staff member Iv not seen before who was on the phone having a conversation which was broadcast over the fore court PA system for all to hear. As I paid for fuel I made a light hearted joke about it and the response I received was disgusting, after her response and growling and facial expressions I explained I was having I joke to which I received more looks that would strip paint, Mibi it’s just her face but that shouldn’t be allowed to be public facing, some serious customer service training needs undertaken, I will not be using the station again especially if that is serving again, I will also be visiting tomorrow to speak to a manager I am that angry. The saying “imagine going home to that with an open pay packet”springs to mind.

Been going to this pump for years, However recently Shell after hours employee refused to sell people on basic of there colour and when i questioned her she threatened nit to sell me fuel, and last weekend when i went to fuel my car i was refused. Apparently if your not white shell wont let you fuel up....

Absolute joke how loud the PA system is at all hours of the morning, having conversations and arguments over it every 5 minutes at 2am which wake up residents of the flats 100ft away. Used completely inappropriately considering it’s a residential area.

Fuel prices are expensive.
