Have been coming to Great Western Road Pizza Hut for a long time. But my pizza today was out of this world and the service was amazing. Bella was very helpful, service with a smile, made great recommendations and was very welcoming. The deep pan is my fave! The rest was boxed for later. Thanks

I had a great experience at Pizza Hut! The pizza was absolutely delicious — perfectly baked with a crispy crust, gooey cheese, and just the right amount of toppings. You can really taste the quality and freshness in every bite. A special shoutout to Bella, one of the staff members, who made the visit even better. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right. Her positive attitude and warm service really stood out and made the meal even more enjoyable. Overall, fantastic food and amazing service — I’ll definitely be coming back!

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at your regarding a recent order. I placed an order online, but the system automatically selected the wrong store, even though there was a Pizza Hut directly in front of my hotel. Once I realised the mistake, I immediately tried to contact the outlet more than 10 times, yet nobody answered my calls. I have call records to prove this. Because of this, I had to travel nearly an hour in total (30-40 min each way) just to collect the food an unnecessary and frustrating situation, especially since I am a tourist and not from Glasgow. When I arrived at the store, the staff first told me the manager was not available as she is on leave. Moments later, a woman came forward and said she was the manager (Vishnu). When I asked why no one had picked up the repeated calls, she admitted she heard the phone ringing but did not answer because she was busy in kitchen. I asked that why you did not call me when the order was ready and she simply apologised and did not have any answer and no resolution. By the time I got the food, it was cold and inedible (the nachos and pizza were soggy). I explained the whole issue that I placed order in a different store and now it is a different store. I had to travel an hour and spend more money on travel food and nobody picked up my call to cancel the order as well as nobody called me to tell that my order is ready. I explained that I did not want the order under these circumstances, but the manager said she could not process any refund. Instead of resolving the issue, she stated that she didn’t know how to handle refunds because she had not been given proper training by Pizza Hut and blamed the system. This experience is unacceptable. I wasted an hour of my time, received poor service, and was handed food that was not worth eating. I am requesting a full refund for this order, along with a formal apology. I also expect Pizza Hut to ensure that managers are properly trained to handle basic customer service issues like refunds and that customers are not left stranded when mistakes happen.

I’m seriously disappointed with the manager. Not just how she treated me as a customer, but how she was straight up disrespecting her own staff in front of everyone. The vibe was off the second I walked in. She was shouting nonstop, and I was literally right next to her no reason to be barking like that. It made the whole place feel tense and uncomfortable. Honestly I’m never coming back. Someone needs to remind her that being a manager means leading with professionalism, not acting like you're running a boot camp in a restaurant. Major letdown
