Please note I work away, so I say things as they are – apologies in advance. This place is a joke. My burger came cold, cheese not even melted, chips stone cold. Don’t even reply with “we were busy” – that’s not my problem. The rice box? Semi-warm, chicken hard and cold. Seriously, what’s going on here? If you’re planning to order, I’d suggest eating in – at least then you’ve got a fighting chance of sending the food back when it’s wrong. Take a look at the pictures.
Read on Google MapsI came here on work break. Quite disappointed with the cost to portion ratio with the food. £10.29 for a wee little wrap, wee portion of chips and drink, way overpriced, I understand operations costs but it's a catch 22 when your customers leave still hungry, why not fill your wraps with more cheap veg to bulk it up, or have larger cups for your premix drinks? The food quality was alright enough, but honestly, this is the reason why I just don't eat out all that much in this country, paying premium prices for very mediocre food and small portions seems to be a very common thing in the UK. The service was very slow for a fast food service, seeing 6-7 workers in the kitchen but with diners making up less than half capacity on a Monday lunchtime, even with delivery app orders on the pass (very few I saw.) I wouldn't really recommend coming here if you value your money's worth.
Read on Google MapsI am extremely disappointed with my order. I paid over £21 for chicken rice and paneer rice, and both were completely inedible. The chicken pieces were so hard they couldn’t be eaten, and the paneer was the same – tough and rubbery. The rice itself was dry and unpleasant. Sadly, I had to throw both dishes straight in the bin. What a total waste of money. I would never order from here again and definitely do not recommend it.
Read on Google MapsI’ve been ordering food from here for years, but the standards have noticeably declined. On my recent visits, the guy with the accent at the cashier has been consistently cold and unfriendly. He has the worst attitude. Initially I thought he was having a bad day but this has been a few times now. On top of that, the hygiene has become concerning. I’ve noticed they use the same surfaces to prepare food as they do for handling other items, which is off-putting and unprofessional
Read on Google MapsJesus Christ! It was barely busy and 15-20mins for one order of thing. Nto worth the money i paid for them. Update: Most food is cooked fresh. That is no excuse for how long it took to receive it with that many people working/standing around. A person shouldn't have to order from an app to get better service. The service should just be better.
