We love Panda House! Never disappointed…Always happy with the service and the delivery is very quick too!

We just had a soups and chicken from there. Chicken was not too bad, but the soups are awful. I would say would be easier to eat table spoon of salt on its own than your soups. Horrible experience and waste of money. If I wouldn't be too tired I would bring it back to your restaurant and claim my money back as its not worth a penny.. bleeee

Had a really disappointing experience. Had been ordering from them for years. Last time I ordered there was thick a black hair in the main dish and the order was otherwise wrong. I politely asked for a refund. They agreed but when I got my card statement- the refund hadn't been processed. When I went back to them and to just eat to ask for its to be fixed, I just got ignored by them/stonewalled. So disappointing. Really poor customer service.

We’ve been ordering from here for close to 10 years, we’ve tried other Chinese restaurants of course but always return to panda house. Best Singapore chow mein in the town, chicken is consistently delicious. After that many years I can count on one hand anytime something has gone wrong with the order, this happens anywhere you go it’s just part of the industry. Panda house however stand out when these things happen as they very attentive, courteous, professional and quick to help.

We have been ordering from Panda House for over 5 years now and I have not once had a bad takeaway from them. It is a shame some of the reviews are negative as I cannot say I relate. Please don't let it put you off ordering from them as I can honestly say their meals are lovely. I particularly love their chow mein, salt and chilli spring rolls and their beef curry.
