Absolutely delicious food with a great atmosphere. I was made to feel so welcome. I loved the traditional Palestinian dish I had, very flavoursome. The cost blew me away, so cheap. I also enjoyed seeing the local Palestinian community washing down their food with Irn Bru. The contrast made me chuckle. 10/10 would recommend.

This was my second stop in Scotland, last night being Edinburgh, and we stumbled into this place because we had walked 30 minutes from the train to find laundry. Yesterday in London the wash took too long so when I needed to leave for the airport to meet my friend my clothes were still damp. So here we were after using the outside dryer , we needed food before our train to the ferry to Belfast. Honestly the food is unbelievable. Would have made the trip here from the US just for this food. I’m not kidding. Unbelievable.

Was looking Halal food on my first night in Glasgow. Walked a few blocks away from where we stayed. Came across to a highly recommend 'Halal' restaurant but turned out it wasn't. Lucky us, we found this hidden gem, a small bistro run by friends from Palestine and Syria. Trust me when I said, we came back again as the food is not only good, humongous in serving and the service is as good as any established high end restaurant. Don't just take my word for it, have a taste and experience it yourself. We didn't know when the counter asked if we wanted half or full Maqlubba Rice, so we said full since the price of half and full are not much different. To our surprise, it turned out to be a full whole chicken on fragrant rice with aubergines, tomatoes and potatoes. Good for 2-4 pax for £18. The other food that we ordered were also good. If we were to visit Glasgow again, we will definitely try again this place. Highly recommend.

Passed by this gem of a place on my way to a gig at The Garage and thought to myself I hope it's still open when I walk past it later, after the gig. It was open, so I nipped in and got a halloumi wrap(massive),could feed 2 easily and some bhaba ghanoush(amazing!). Both of which were generous portions and very reasonable priced. Very tasty, delicious food. I will definitely hunt the place out again next time in the viscinity for sure. The guy behind the counter was very chilled, kind looking, warm and smiley.

Beautiful food and service, I highly recommend! I got the Musakhan and my friend got a shawarma wrap, both were absolutely delicious. Everything tasted so fresh and the chicken was perfectly cooked and juicy. The naan was spot on and the portions were massive, definitely won't leave hungry! A half portion was enough to fill me! What really made it special though was how lovely the staff were. They brought us extra bread on the house and even gave me a free slice of chili naan which was a nice surprise. The two lads working there were genuinely sound and made us feel welcome. Great food, great people, great value. Will definitely be back!
