I don’t normally write reviews but I ordered a Mcspicey and they put a mayo chicken patty on it?? So I basically paid nearly 8 quid for a mayo chicken meal. Not the first mistake from there either, I honestly don’t know why I even go back.

Bought fish finger happy meal today April 15, 2025 at 1:45pm. It was reheated. So rubbery , dried and burned. Come on, kids will eat it, don’t serve the kids reheated fish finger. Have a conscience and if you have a child of your own , you will never let them eat what you served us today.

The lady on DT was really friendly, NOT!!!!!!! when I came to DT, all i could hear was what can i get for you. My response was, good evening. How are you doing? The answer was what can i get for you🫣. I have placed my order. When i came to the window, i asked the server, "Are you OK?" HER ANSWER WAS NO! MY ANSWER WAS I HOPE YOU WILL HAVE A GREAT NIGHT. when i paid for my order, I went to the first window. There was the server who was really understanding when i asked him for a cup just with ice. But it was hard to see a QSR where the sales are inpakted by the TM. Cause the job is being done by 3 people, the TL on shift vas not even paying attention to the customers coming thru theit DT, and not paying attention to the TM how they feel! Me as a manager in QSR, I had a glance at the service provided. i was shocked that we have 6 people in FOH and only one person taking orders and one person packing and serving the orders to customers. IF I WOULD BE THE GM OF THE RESTAURANT, I WOULD BE DISHONOURED BY THE SERVICE. Not even seeing their reporting system for GEM. I can tell the restaurant is overusing SPLH and not utilising the labour that is assigned to the restaurant. AND IT DOSNT STOP THERE!!!! the food was clearly overheld to minimise the waste. The burger was amazing chicken nuggets aswell but sorry the wrap was manging like the chicken tenders were scraped from the bottom of the fryer filter and added extra crackiln from them. Please, everyone, check the photos out. And the order was missing mozzarela dippers, I got the salsa for them, but no dippers. Unfotunatlu, i can't add the receipt cause I wasn't given one. All i can add is my CC statement that i paid at the sertain time. Just advise for the GM to come through your DT at least ONCE in the nighttime to see how your team is doing. 10% are paching orders, and the res 75% in FOH is joking and not even making sure the orders are corect. PUTTING THIS REVIEW AS A QSR GM FOR K**🍗 THIS IS NOT WRIGHT. IF I WOULD SIT WITH THE MANAGER OF THE QSR 1ST QUESTION WOULD BE WHATS YOUR TURNOVER??? PLEASE FIND THIS AS A COACHING EXPERIENCE. HAVE A GREAT SHIFT GUYS HOPE YOULL SURVIVE... PS the photos are from the food 80% eaten and realised that its missing and the chicken in the wrap is defi etly over held by atleast 30min so the GM should theck that the HACCP was not forged. Plus im adding a discreet statment as proof of my visit.

Drive through to order 1 ice cream (McFlurry). Person on the speaker could not be understood. Spoke English very poorly. Obviously person did not understand me either. At collection window 2 ice creams were given to me. When I said I had only ordered 1 the person seemed not to know how to deal with this. The person crunched up my receipt and put it on the tray with my ice cream tubs. I just took them. There was a queue of cars behind me and it was raining heavily so I didn’t bother going into the shop. McD inc cream is good but service was shambolic. The manager should ensure staff who interact with customers can speak English (especially where the tannoy at drive through can be difficult). It appears staff lack training. Population demographics are no excuse for this nonsense.

Ordered a Mccrispy meal for myself and chicken nuggets for my daughter. The burger tasted off like bad meat the chips were soggy and chewy ??? Like how does that happen and on top of that I pulled a BLEACHED BLONDE hair out of my daughter’s meal. We both have brown hair. I am NOT happy
