Prices are very good Staff were very polite and helpful Test of the food were good however the Shawarma was dry BBQ was good option

A newly opened Lebanese restaurant in great western road. Offering neat and comfortable ambiance, including the lovely music. Halal. They were very warm and helpful, found no fault for this place. Food came in fresh, delicious, well portioned and fair priced. My kids really love the cheese (pizza) and my favourite is the lamb shahlik. Best lamb shahlik in Glasgow for me. Oh and we got a bowl of fresh salad as compliment. Such a lovely dining experience, thank you Lotus! Definitely will comeback.

Ordered based on someone’s recommendation and previous good reviews. Food was very poor. Cold, dry and unpleasant. Meat overcooked and tough. Pathetic portions of additional sauce (for 75p). Delivered without measures to keep it warm during transport. No way to give adequate feedback via Ubereats. Will avoid in future.

Tried lotus for the first time yesterday based on reviews I saw on Google. To my surprise, it was pathetic and not at all what I expected. I have tried Syrian food in the past many times and have tried Lebanese food many times as well. Lentil soup 2/10, too much vinegar taste Shawarma chicken: 2/10 l, no taste at all Mixed grill 2/10, chicken was fine, but lamb was pathetic. Vimto 1/10, no sugar at all. Fries: 7/10, using the smallest possible fries from the market. Rice was good 7/10 Manakish with cheese 4/10 Not recommended at all from my side to anyone.
