Overview
Lebowskis West opened on Argyle Street in Finnieston in 2007 as a Big Lebowski–themed independent bar-restaurant and is still known for stacked burgers and a long list of White Russian riffs (30+ variations, including vegan oat-milk builds and Scotland-only jokes like the Buckfast Gutterball). Food is casual American-diner territory: beef, chicken and plant burgers typically in the mid-teens, hot dogs, wings and weekend-friendly plates, plus a Mon–Fri lunch “wee/big scrans” menu. White Russians land around £8–10. Under-18s are welcome indoors noon–8pm when eating a meal. Book on ResDiary with card details — no-shows or late cancellations (within 48 hours) cost £5pp for lunch or £10pp for standard bookings; parties of 7+ need to phone. Finnieston is busy most evenings, so reserve if you care about a table. Kelvinhall subway is the nearest stop on the Argyle Street strip; Exhibition Centre station is also close.
Reviews
Amazing experience!!! Amazing cocktails we loved working our way through the White Russians! Food was delicious I’m veggie and they had loadsa good options. Friendly staff!!
Read on Google MapsFood was delish - especially my lfc - super crispy and spicy. Loved Robbie burger and crispy turnip too. Buzzy bar before a concert but the main selling point are the staff - especially Callum. We had a car disaster and he was so accommodating, finding space for us much later despite how busy they were.
Read on Google MapsThe food is absolutely incredible. Portion sizes are massive also. So so so tasty. We’ve been on tour since January round Europe and this is the best food we’ve had since we started. Service is great and the pub itself is also nice. Food is just outstanding. Definitely worth a visit.
Read on Google MapsThe food was phenomenal. The service great. I was really happy with our visit and hope to be back soon to try more things. The pork belly open faced sandwich was especially incredible.
