Kitty O'Shea's West End is an Irish pub at 500 Great Western Road in Hillhead, the group's newest Scottish branch, opened in 2020 on the former Cleopatra's (Clatty Pats) / Viper nightclub site. The street address is on Great Western Road, but the entrance is down Belmont Lane by the toucan mural and neon signs. It is first and foremost a late-night music and sports pub rather than a restaurant: live music runs every day until 2am with resident folk, rock and Irish acts, and sports screens show live football and other matches. Opening hours on the official site are 5pm–2am daily. There is no full kitchen — only bar snacks — though bringing your own food is allowed at the manager's discretion. Walk-ins are welcome; tables can be booked, and large parties should call the pub. Football tops are fine on match days but not after 7pm Friday–Sunday (GAA and rugby gear anytime). Dogs are welcome, though the pub gets busy after 7pm and during music or big games. No children's licence. Sister venues are Kitty O'Shea's City Centre on Waterloo Street and Kitty O'Shea's Edinburgh on Frederick Street. Kelvinbridge subway is about 270m away (roughly a three-minute walk), with First 6 and 6A buses on the corridor.
More of a late night, last orders venue due to its 2am licence. Bit like an Ashton lane pub of yesteryear. Crowd was very young and very studenty. That could be a good thing or a bad thing depending on your preference. Decent Guinness and interior decor has some quirky character but not really my scene.

Read on Google MapsThe bar is decorated nicely and had nice live music when we were there, but it was so loud we couldn't have a conversation. The noise made one of my friends feel unwell so we all left. This isn't a place we found enjoyable or accessible for that reason.
Read on Google MapsVisited for the first time last night. Bar staff are excellent, probably the best service I’ve had in a Glasgow pub. Live music was excellent, can’t remember the singer’s name but he was really good.
