KFC Glasgow - Pollokshaws Road

This is a halal KFC on Pollokshaws Road. The food was quite nice, but the service was a bit slow. The atmosphere was okay, although the tables were not cleaned. Once, I ordered chicken and it came with feathers, which was disappointing, but they apologized. Overall, quite good for food.

I recently bought the 20 wings deal, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. When I received my order and sat at the table, I got a phone call. While talking, I tried one wing and it was already cold. After a few minutes, when I started eating properly, all the wings were cold. I spoke to the staff, but instead of being cooperative, they were very rude. They kept saying it’s not possible for the wings to get cold in 5 minutes, which is not true. I did not even ask for a refund, I only requested if they could change the wings, but they refused and spoke in a very harsh manner. The uncooperative and rude behavior of the staff was very disappointing, and it ruined my experience. Good customer service is just as important as food quality, and unfortunately both were missing this time.

The restaurant clearly displays its halal certification, and the staff I spoke to were knowledgeable and confirmed that all the chicken served is halal. It’s a huge relief to be able to enjoy the KFC taste without having to worry. For anyone wondering, yes, this specific KFC location is fully halal.

Dear KFC Customer Service, I am writing to express my disappointment with the meal I purchased today (October 15, 2025) , order was 1905 and 1908 you can check them these were ordered online . Unfortunately, the food I received was not up to the standard I expect from KFC. The chicken was over-fried, making it very dry and tough to eat. On top of that, it was extremely salty, to the point that it was unpleasant and inedible. This was quite disappointing and not the quality I associate with your brand. I hope you will take this feedback seriously, as I have always enjoyed KFC in the past. I would appreciate it if this issue could be looked into, Thank you for your attention.

No major issues. Quick and efficient. Only marked down due to size of small popcorn chicken.
