KFC Govan – Helen Street at 382 Helen Street is a standard UK Kentucky Fried Chicken with drive-thru, collection and delivery. Official store pages mark this branch as 100% halal certified, which is the main local distinction from non-halal KFCs. Typical hours are about 10:30am–11pm (later Fri–Sat; Sunday from 9:30am on some listings). No reservations. Helen Street is the industrial/retail corridor by Ibrox; buses serve Helen Street, and Ibrox subway is the nearest underground stop.
The staff members are brilliant but the manager rude and horrible. He have no manners we paid £37 still we got A Bucket full of wings .and manager still insists that did t happen .fell sorry for staff members they seem to be struggling with him around .the girls been nice to us .never coming back again
Read on Google MapsWorst experience ever , I was with family staff literally misbehaved with me , they were very rude , I just requested them to change my order which was not fresh , a guy came back angry with less order , and then again I said you just gave me less order then guy replied me with very rude behaviour that you gave us back less that’s why and then I tied to explain him that no I gave back the order as it is , I haven’t touched anything , but the guy started misbehaving and I was being very gentle to them I don’t know they were very rude and just turned his back and told one of the staff to refund the money . I don’t know why they were so rude to me they were being rude and racist to me , another Women their on the counter , I tried explaining to her but she replied rudely and said I am doing my job just tell me your amount . My family my 2 year child got so upset because he was hungry, my wife is expecting but this incident made them so upset that our whole day was spoiled . Really upset with such a bad customer service. Cannot expect this from brand name kfc . Very poor won’t come again.
Read on Google MapsGreat food and nice staff but the restaurant itself looks like a post-apocalyptic place. Rubbish and crumbs are EVERYWHERE, it takes away the pleasure of eating. The bins are overflowing with rubbish and the smell is displeasing. Toilets are not clean either. DON'T COME HERE, go to other KFCs in town if you crave chicken.
Read on Google MapsTerrible experience! They force you to use the ordering machines, and if you can't speak or read, you're basically out of luck. just told you have to use the machine or leave. Disrespectful and frustrating - not everyone can or wants to use a machine!
