Potentially one of the best sushi shops in Glasgow right now. Others I rate highly are Maki Ramen, and Don Ya. First time having grilled eel in an onigiri and pretty sure it's the only place that does it in Glasgow - absolutely delicious! The nigiri was fresh and made to order by the sushi chef. I recommend the seabass nigiri, the raw fish was generously cut. Humbly friendly staff members at the till, she was helpful with the menu and appreciate hearing the staff speak Cantonese. Final note, they sell cans of oolong and green tea which can be heated up, I also appreciate how the tea was just a good tea, no sugar.

Had the most delicious poke bowl here! Ingredients were all so fresh, the salmon in particular was perfect. Portion size was also good for the price! They have a really easy online ordering system that made it easy for me to pick up. Looking forward to eating here again

Went here with friends for lunch. The poke bowl starts from £8.50, which is very reasonable. The staff was very friendly, they answered our questions and was patient. I had the spicy salmon n it was so gooddd. They gave us a pretty large portion, the fish and veg was very fresh and good quality. Poke sauce bombbb. All of us enjoyed it, I will def be back, rlly rlly recommend 😋😋

I ordered sushi from Kaze to takeaway and it was very tasty. Not too expensive but not cheap either. The quality of fish was good. The fire dragon rolls were great. Only, we were disappointed to realise the Mango Mochi we ordered was in fact Mango Cheesecake (not ice-cream). Also, I expected chopsticks in the takeout bag but there was not. Hence, 4 stars.
