We visited Hot World Cuisine in Glasgow on a Sunday evening and were not disappointed! Our family are big fans of Indian cuisine, and this definitely met everyone’s expectations, from the youngest to the oldest. There was a wide range of Indian dishes alongside European options, with Sunday’s special focus being a traditional Sunday Roast. The dessert selection was amazing, one of the best we’ve seen at a buffet. With a brilliant variety and three different chocolate fountains! The staff were attentive, and the entire place was spotless. Well done to the management and team! Also, if you have an upcoming birthday your meal is on the house as long as you book in advance and can prove it - great concept.

Visited Hot World Cuisine in Glasgow recently and had a good overall experience. The environment was clean, tidy, and welcoming, which made for a comfortable dining atmosphere. The buffet offered a wide selection of multi-cuisine dishes including Indian, Chinese, Pakistani, and more — definitely something for everyone. The dessert section was impressive with plenty of choices to satisfy a sweet tooth. Prices were reasonable for the variety offered. Some of the dishes, especially in the mains, were a bit dry and could have been fresher, but the flavors were generally good. The staff were polite, helpful, and attentive, which added to the positive experience. Overall, it’s a solid spot if you're looking for variety and a relaxed dining environment. Would definitely consider visiting again.

Came here after seeing lots of pics and videos of this place hoping to experience "the biggest and best buffet in Scotland". Unfortunately wasn't the experience I hoped for. Pros - the Sushi was absolutely beautiful and really enjoyed them. The finger food appetisers were nice too. Dessert section had great options to choose from and the small cakes/muffins were nice. The inside of the place looked great. Staff were friendly enough. Cons - the Chicken Noodle Soup was very strong tasting in ground pepper, and the appearance of it looked like dishwater. The deep fried section of the food wasn't the warmest and fish was cold. The Chinese selection was pretty poor, with the Sweet and Sour Chicken Hong Kong Style tasting strange, and the Noodles feeling rubbery. Waffle Bear - my friend with me got one that looked like it had mould on it, like you see on bread. After I looked at the ones on the tray, there were more like it. I alerted one of the waiters who said "they were made fresh this morning" and he went to check and said on return at first that it was "blue roll" then changed to saying "it was pepper that got inside". We were offered a complimentary coffee on the house but neither of us are coffee drinkers so didn't take it. I went back to dessert section and next thing the Waffle Bears had been changed to newer more fresher better looking ones so quick? Did they have "pepper in them" too? I did hope for the best but I just wasn't feeling it. They may have a bigger selection than Cosmos inside the St. Enoch Centre but the quality of the food doesn't match theirs. I didn't feel the price of £23.99 matched the value of the experience.

I was really looking forward to trying Hot World Cuisine after hearing good things, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. While the starters were actually decent and tasted fresh, the main dishes didn’t sit well with me at all. Not long after the meal, I began feeling unwell and I’m quite certain it was food poisoning. It makes me wonder if some of the dishes—especially in the mains—were reheated from the previous day or not stored properly. The flavours just didn’t feel right, and the texture of a few items seemed off too. It’s a shame, because the concept and the variety of dishes are promising, but food safety should be a top priority—especially in buffet-style restaurants. I won’t be returning unless I see major improvements.
