Hollywood Bowl Springfield Quay

The bowling is good, but the machines are messed up. I saw a lady trying to get tthe toy 100 times and most of them she grabbed properly but the hand would let it go in few seconds. When asked reception to check the machine, the lady said thats the gamble and machine is working as expected .

Had a fantastic time at the Quay after winning the Hollywood Bowl Summer of Music Competition , we won a family of 5 bowling in the VIP area, food and drinks and we got £20 of tokens to play in the arcade, thank you so much Emma the manager and staff for making our day enjoyable.

Had a lovely afternoon celebrating my sons birthday. Although we didn’t book the formal party the staff were amazing cutting the cake and lighting the candles. All the staff were very attentive no matter where you interacted. Thank you for making it a lovely afternoon for my son friends and family.

My son has been going through a tough time lately, being in and out of hospital. Today, we decided to go bowling. The staff definitely went above and beyond in regards to making us feel welcome! And really made his day ❤️ They were very chatty to my son, and he had the best time. The staff really make you feel welcome! 10/10 🥰

Raised a complaint about the food, but the manager, Jack, was rude and dismissive accusing us of being at fault instead of taking responsibility. He even claimed it was the last dish. Completely unprofessional experience. Won’t be back.
