Good Costumer service 5 min waiting time

Couple of issues, they don’t have any food ready and cook to order. Some people may like this but I imagine most use a chip shop for convenience and expect some food to be good to go straight away. We waited a good 10-15 minutes for a portion of chips. Some communication about this would have been nice. Secondly, the guy serving us just doesn’t listen, or retain information. He forgot to include the sauce we paid for and if I hadn’t mentioned it to my partner, he would have forgotten the pickles. That brings to me to the third issue. The pickles. They charged £1.50 for 3 pickles that you can get a full jar of from the supermarket. These were not ‘chippy’ pickles (see image). Overall a very poor chippy. Avoid.

Low rating as they don't have black pudding on the menu, went to another chippy instead, it's odd to see a Scottish chippy without all chippy products.

I’m into it. Masala battered haddock was delicious. Fast food, fast service, and everything is fresh. Chips were great, too!
