Definitely up there with the best. Quality product, as well as being keenly priced. Located near Kelvingrove park. Had the pleasure of speaking to Ryan. Very friendly guys. Excited for the merch drop, for my rave attire. Until the next time!

Overview
Dough Man's Land is not a restaurant residency: it is brothers Ryan and Jay Bharaj's own wood-fired pizza horsebox, parked at a permanent pitch on Derby Street in Finnieston, beside the Kelvingrove Park entrance and around the corner from Ox and Finch. Green vintage trailer, takeaway through the hatch — eat on the nearby park benches or take it with you. Pizzas are handmade (dough proved over about 48 hours) and cooked in a wood oven that runs around 500°C, so they come out in roughly 90 seconds to a few minutes. The short menu rotates; favourites that keep coming up are pepperoni and hot honey, Italian sausage and chillies (sausage from Pietro's in Dennistoun), and a plain margherita — with vegan cheese/dough and gluten-free options available. Ron Mackenna scored it 23/30 in The Herald. They trade Wednesday to Sunday from midday (closed Monday and Tuesday on the official site), typically into the early evening or until the dough runs out. Weekday and student deals appear often; full prices have generally sat in the £7–9 range depending on toppings. Ticketed parking is nearby; Kelvingrove Underground is about a 15-minute walk through the park. They also hire out for weddings, corporates and festivals (TRNSMT, Connect and others).
Reviews
The pizza at this establishment is genuinely handmade and freshly prepared, which contributes positively to the overall dining experience. The staff is consistently friendly and welcoming, and after multiple visits, I can attest to the consistently favorable experiences I’ve had. Additionally, the location is conveniently situated near Kelvingrove Park. It’s also worth noting that they offer a discount for students, which is a nice touch. However, please be aware that they only provide takeaway service and do not have dining in options.
Read on Google MapsThe hot honey and pepperoni pizza was great especially when you are a student and get it for £6.50. Awesome spot with some great pizza toppings and a little park to sit and enjoy it at right next door.
Read on Google MapsIt’s a fun place to eat when you’re out for walk around Kelvingrove Park. The vibes totally different here. The pizza was good, and I totally love this concept. If you’re new, it’s worth trying.
Read on Google MapsI love this place so much! Prices are good, especially wed-fri with £7 any pizzas. Food is delicious and staff are wonderful with clear rapport with the local residents and workers. A great place to get lunch before taking a wander in the park
