Dnisi on Kilmarnock Road is the Shawlands branch of an independently owned Scottish coffee-house brand founded in 2004 by Denise and Haim Nejat. The chain roasts its house blend in-store, bakes its own scones daily (they claim over 30 flavours developed in-house, with at least six out each day), and serves breakfast, brunch and light lunch food with a subtle Persian influence from Haim’s family cooking. This branch sits on the main Shawlands strip at 265 Kilmarnock Road. Hours are Monday–Saturday 8am–5:30pm and Sunday 9:30am–5pm. The official site lists indoor and outdoor seating, wheelchair access, free Wi‑Fi, baby-changing, child-friendly and dog-friendly facilities, and parking within about five minutes’ walk.
