Dini is a small, family-run pizza and espresso bar on Nithsdale Road in Pollokshields, serving sourdough pizza alongside coffee, cakes and other sweet treats, to eat in or take away. Reviewers often mention the gluten-free bases, and some say they are among the best in Glasgow. Opinions on the crust differ. One reviewer calls it thicker and firmer than a typical Neapolitan pizza, while the Glasgow Foodie blog (February 2024) describes a thin, Naples-style base with a chewy crust. Staff are regularly described as friendly and welcoming. Several reviews say you can bring your own drink (BYOB). Large orders for parties are also possible. Cute little place, lovely pizza and friendly service. Their sourdough base is thicker than the typical Naepolitan pizza and the crust is a bit harder, so keep this in mind if you prefer an airy crust, thin base. Great toppings, fresh and tasty. We brought our own beer as they offer BYOB

Read on Google MapsWe had a lovely pizza dinner here last night. Standard base was reportedly (by my family) great and my gluten free base and spicy chicken (with sweetcorn addition) was amazing!! Friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Would highly recommend.
