Friendly traditional pub in Partick a short walk from Partick train station. Food is reasonably priced and of good quality. Vegetable fajitas were excellent. Good range of drinks. Smoking area to back of pub. Large screens to watch football.

Had two wonderful meals here throughout our week visiting Glasgow, for our son’s graduation. Serving and bar staff were welcoming and attentive, chef was accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our meal that we were sharing and that we were more than satisfied. We enjoyed delicious fish and chips and a perfect steak pie! Wonderful place to dine and enjoy a drink and social time with family and friends. Thank you!

2 course lunch for £8.95! For this princely sum we received a delicious parsnip soup followed by equally delicious grilled haddock with a creamy leek sauce, new potatoes and peas. Top marks also for the tea being served in a tea pot 🫖. Superb value for money and served by extremely friendly staff. They also do an a la carte menu. Very nice toilets too.

Definitely a contender for the best pub in Partick, not least as there's no football affiliations, good selection of beers and excellent menu. Oh and did I mention two of the bar staff are seriously handsome? I'm saying no more 😉
