Loved this place! The owners are very friendly and lovely people very welcoming professional wish them all the best. Chaiiwala was packed as it was Eid yet was still a very good environment with fast and friendly service. Amazing food not a place to be missed and wish the owners and all there team all the best fresh food and desserts must say love this place really went with family very fairly priced aswell will definitely be back here. Very highly recommend cater for all 10/10♥️ If you have not yet tried this place you need to check this out this place definitely makes Glasgow. Thanks to all the Chaiiwala team for the fresh and tasty food and especially thank you to the owners lovely couple. Thanks for making our visit here enjoyable and a very good experience Not a place to be missed you won't regret very highly recommended

We had the english-ish and Indian breakfast. Both were delicious and left nothing to desire. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful recommending tea and bread variations for our dishes. Gave out free samples for tea to taste as well!

Ambiance is fine. But the food should improve a bit. Frozen parathas were served, wasn’t expecting that. The food was okay.

EDIT: little brother went in on the 16 of August at around 10 35 PM person behind the till dropped hot boiling tea on his hand and said “we dont have napkins” defo will not be returning to this horrific joint who have 0 professional skills ir customer management absolute failure!!!! Will be complaining to higher franchise management! Prices are too high order was wrong first time vibrant interior food and tea where average quality crums on tables was a big put off staff should clean especially when its not busy. Can do much better very disappointing not worth the money

I reviewed this place before, Thanks to all the foodies, got tremendous response and viewing the photos on record break level, however, today's visit is absolutely disappointing. Ordered Chicken tikka Kebab Roll, Aloo tikki burger and twister roll, mango lassi, mango maccha and non sugar karak chai, photos says it all, absolutely shambles food, I can understand prices are up but when you are served £4.75 aloo tikki burger in the bun, bought from some corner shop, it really shows the product quality is going down. Really I felt so sorry. Though guy from the counter got me another one ( different bun looks like) good gesture but completely didn't achieve the customer service targets. No plans of me to return in near future at least. Sorry to say if Chaiwala management doesn't wake up and hire smiling counter staff, chef who follows recipes within their standards, it's not going to look on their reputation.
