Overview
Carters Restaurant at The Busby Hotel – because sometimes the best dining experiences happen when you combine a hotel with a quality restaurant. Located at 1 Field Road in Busby, this place is serving up sophisticated dining with a solid 4.4-star rating from 39 reviews. It's the kind of restaurant where you can have a proper night out without the chaos of being in the city centre, which is frankly peak Busby energy. Here's what makes Carters special: it's not just hotel food (we all know what hotel food used to mean, and it wasn't great). This is proper restaurant-quality dining in a hotel setting, which means you get the best of both worlds – professional service, quality ingredients, and an atmosphere that says "we know what we're doing" without being overly stuffy about it. The 4.4-star rating suggests they're hitting that sweet spot between sophisticated and approachable. Located in the heart of Busby at The Busby Hotel, Carters is part of the Manorview Hotels group, which means they've got the backing of a hotel group that probably knows a thing or two about hospitality. Whether you're staying at the hotel or just popping in for dinner, they're ready to impress. The restaurant offers a dining experience that works for a romantic evening, a family celebration, or just because you felt like treating yourself without having to explain why (we've all been there). With a moderate price level that won't make you cry, Carters is proving that hotel restaurants can absolutely be destination dining in their own right. They're serving up quality food in an atmosphere that feels special without being intimidating, which is basically the perfect formula for a great night out in Busby.

Read on Google MapsA 10 minute drive from my house and I never even realised this place was here. The bar and restaurant were lovely inside, the staff were very polite and attentive and the food was excellent. Will definitely be back.
Read on Google MapsHad an early Sunday dinner here with my sister and 2 year old nephew. When I booked on their website the only option was Sunday roast however this wasn't the only option we were given when we got there, they were happy for us to choose from the regular menu too. I've got to take a moment to mention the kids menu, which was really well thought-out. We went with the "picnic" which was fries, ham, cheese, carrot and cucumber sticks and apple slices. This was just perfect for a kid his age and suited us as it meant he could pick away at it while the grown-ups had starters and main courses. I had the smoked chicken salad and then the Mac and cheese, both were delicious. The staff were lovely too, always smiling and helpful.
