Burgers

Long time customer. Absolutely appalling drop in quality. Less than half the size of burgers and one of my two was completely inedible, too chewy to even eat. Utterly SHAMEFUL. I then called the restaurant to ask whether this is one off or if they have changed supplier/ portion instructions. He just said "ok thanks see you next time" even when I told him "no, not ok, this is a question I'm asking you, and if you don't I will never buy from you again despite having ordered over thirty times in the past" He then just said "ok". ABSOLUTELY BOYCOTT THIS PLACE NOW.

Update Went with 4 stars this time round as Sherry was tottally understanding qith feedbakc given last time i was in. My fir3nda had never been to a smokehouse before so i took them here and they loved it. Sherry was a great host for them and asnwered any questions they had. My food qas spot on this time but i got to leave a rint bit if room for improvembt :) Going with 3 stars this time round and I'll explain why. So came in the staff were fantastic very friendly and helpful. We looked at the menu and ordered a number of items I'll rate them each out of ten based on my taste, anyone that knows my reviews know how much I like my red meat so of its good by me then itl be good by you. Lastly before I get into the food just want to say I did meet the manager when leaving and I also gave the same feedback he welcomed it as with feedback this is how things can be better. With. Few tweaks this could easily be one of the if not the best halal smokehouse around. Mac and cheese was a solid 10 this is just like the American style you would expect form a smoke House with a slight spicy kick. Now I hate my spices but this was just enough to make it hit the mark Chicken burger, now this is a smoke House so I'll say the chicken after having a bite was around 5 out of ten but I wouldn't come here for chicken it's all about the beef etc 😋 Beef patty with rib top, I love the fact the weigh all portions as the amount of times I get told I have an 8oz patty and its diffrent every time is wild. The burger was great the patty was top marks and the pulled rib was nice it could do with a bit more of a smokey flavour but very food 7 out of ten. The baked beans now this was a solid no on my part its all about taste hut qith smoke House beans I will say whenever ive had them abroad they are always slightly thick with a nice almost barbecue style taste. These were super spicy and fairly watery so for me these were a 2 out of 10 Now the chips for me was a major disappointment so disappointed infact that I had to snap a picture now for 18 pounds a meals I'd have expected alot more than half a tub of burnt ends. Sherry did offer to give me another portion but it wouldn't have been enjoyed after I was leaving. I wouldn't be serving burnt ends at all and qould bin these in fairness. We did ask for straws which they didn't have nor high chairs but again staff were super nice For me all in all given the pricing I have to settle with 3 stars as there's rolm for improvement especially around pricing.

Overly peppery sauce on the peppa oozzaa, i know that sounds lame but it overpowered everything else. Good patty but the pepper sauce drowned its taste. No sauce on the chips. Other order was charcoal grilled chicken loaded fries. Couldnt tell you if it was charcoal grilled as it was soaked in the bbq sauce. Again a peppery sauce almost chinese 5 spice at bits...

Went here today for a collection, came all the way from Kilmarnock and the food did not disappoint. Genuinely so good and the customer service was 10/10. I love the bbq honey wings are to die for genuinely 😍

Got a delivery and let me say stick to Sobe because this place is a complete rip off ! The food looks NOTHING like the pictures and the prices are too high for what you’re getting. Chips and cheese with beef in a tiny tub and cold and cheese wasn’t melted and the burger was so small
