Great alternative to fast food chains. You can choose different flavours of chicken and mains including tenders, burrito, burgers, quesadilla and more. The shop is bright, spacious and clean, and the food is very tasty, particularly the chilli cheese bites (yum!!) and the curly fries and corn, all really good sides. Staff were very friendly too!

Absolutely shocking. Ive ordered the whole chicken and that's what I've received. After i call the shop they said that they put a whole chicken inside and they don't know what happened and a manager will call me back. Still waiting. Thank you for the disappointing family dinner

Worst food I've ever had I wouldn't wish this food on my enemy the atmosphere is terrible with barely any customers which I'm not surprised by at all as the food is absolutely horrible. Their fries are terrible the chicken is bland with no effort put in to making it at all as they just splash some horrid sauce as the flavouring and think they've accomplished something. How can you possibly mess up garlic mayo, but you'll be amazed to hear they can do the impossible! Anyways for your own sake never come here

1st time trying Black Rooster, in all honesty I thought the food was below average, I've definitely tasted better in other Chicken based fast food restaurants. The staff in this branch were pleasant and the place was empty so absolutely no atmosphere to speak of.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience at Black Rooster was so shockingly bad I can’t stay quiet. The girl with the glasses was hands down one of the rudest staff members I’ve ever encountered anywhere. Her attitude was dripping with sarcasm and disrespect from the second I spoke to her. Cheeky, dismissive, and completely unbothered by the fact that I’m a paying customer. It honestly felt like I was inconveniencing her just by ordering food. No smile, no manners, just pure attitude. If customer service was a test, she’d fail miserably. This isn’t just a bad day — it’s a reflection of how poorly managed this place is if they’re letting someone like that represent the business. If that’s the standard, it’s a joke. I’ll never be back, and I’ll make sure everyone I know avoids this place too. Do better, Black Rooster. Because that was an absolute disgrace.
