Tiki Bar & Darts Den is at 214 Bath Street, a short walk from the King's Theatre. The basement is a tropical cocktail bar with more than 140 rums, cocktails in ceramic tiki mugs, DJs and a free foosball table. Upstairs there is Thai food and a Darts Den with five augmented-reality dartboards, live video playback and minigames aimed at beginners as well as regulars. The Thai kitchen serves dishes such as panang curry, pad Thai and jungle curry with jasmine rice. You can book a table or walk in for pre-theatre dining, and there is a takeaway menu they call Thai-K-away. Outside there is a large, fully sheltered, south-facing beer garden with heaters and 100-inch TVs for major sports. Glasgow Live covered the Darts Den launch, quoting manager Holly Paterson on the mix of games, food and cocktails. Opening hours on the site are Wednesday and Thursday 5pm to midnight, Friday 4pm to 1am, and Saturday and Sunday noon to 1am. Mondays and Tuesdays are not listed.
Brilliant place the darts area was a great night out for 35th birthday. The staff were brilliant so kind even to get my elder aunt a chair from downstairs to help her be comfortable. Also the shot the girl with the black hair and tattoos made was a cool experience definitely a first, she could have done anymore she was amazing. Would recommend this bar to anyone. Visit 220825.
Read on Google MapsWe were here for a friend's leaving night and sat in the beer garden. The atmosphere was tremendous there and we spent a good couple of hours there. We were moved inside later and there was definitely a buzz about the place. I felt some of the servers were not interested in being there. It was just a few but our party did notice it.
Read on Google MapsCan't recommend tiki bar enough. Food and drink was excellent. Prices very reasonable. Above all else the service was outstanding, nothing was too much trouble for the staff who all had a smile on their face and were very helpful and polite. Will definitely be returning ASAP.
Read on Google MapsNew Darts area here was great! Came in on a Saturday afternoon with no booking and managed to get a board straight away for an hour. Cocktails were good and a few new game types we had never played before!
Read on Google MapsWe stopped by for beers at the new beer garden as it's nice and chill and they have a decent selection of beers. This is also a Thai restaurant so we ordered food after a few pints. The food is great though keep in mind that the Pad Thai has a ton of fish sauce. The staff are friendly and the prices are decent so definitely a hidden gem.
