I’ve been coming to this Subway for over two years now, and the quality has never dropped. The food is always fresh, bucket-prepared, and well presented every time. Everything is clean and consistent, which is why I keep coming back. A special mention to Pakeeza, who is an absolutely valued employee. She always goes above and beyond to make sure the customer gets exactly what they want, without any hesitation or fuss. Her friendly attitude and attention to detail genuinely make the experience better every single visit. Highly recommend this branch—it’s reliable, tasty, and well-run!

This experience was awful. Ordered a turkey/ham footlong and the female “sandwich artist” put my sandwich in the toaster before asking. I stopped her in time. Asked for lettuce afterwards and she put on about 4-5 small leaves of lettuce, had to ask for more, then asked for tomato and jalapeño. She put on MINIMAL jalapeño, asked for more twice. Then salt and pepper. She shook the salt can maybe twice over it. I asked for just a little bit more and she loaded it with salt. This sandwich was awful and you need to train your employees better. (Who puts on tomato before lettuce?)

The subs are usually ok but could be improved hugely if they were no so mean with some of the fillings. The baked potato was a disaster the staff need to be trained in what to do. She heated the spud very quickly it was still cold inside, she put one cube of cold butter and some cheese inside the spud and mixed for ages making the spud go even colder the chicken tikka was warmed up but very little of it. Plenty of salad on top but spud could have done with some salt. After a few bites i took the spud with salad on it and she put it in the microwave for a few seconds that made the spud luke warm and barely edible with the hot salad on top. The spud was dry inside due to not enough butter and filling. Shop owner please note you are charging over a fiver for a baked potato please train your staff to heat it for long enough and put enough filling so it is not dry .

Never have I had such great service in a subway, on 05/05/25, 2pm, me and a friend got sandwiches. The lady serving us was so polite and lovely and a good laugh. What a legend. She spoke to us about the student offers and was so lovely when helping us choose what we wanted to eat.

Honestly, I have never had to deal with such disgusting customer service in my life. I was in the shop around 10-ish am on Sunday 20 April 2025, and there are truly no words to describe how awful this experience was. My nephew went into the shop whilst me and his little brother were in the car. Our first issue was that the worker refused to give him a Kids Meal without him having to explain that it wasn’t for him because he apparently looked ‘manly’. Secondly, she had also tried to charge him for a 6-inch instead of a kids meal, and when he tried to clarify, she said, “they’re the same size.” - but did eventually fix it. Lastly, she had yet again messed up the cookie order after clarifying twice. Overall, her attitude was unacceptable. We have tried to contact the shop multiple times. We were first apparently not allowed to be given the girls name, and the person on the phone also refused to give her name. We called a few hours later, to which the worker had purposely hung up on in the middle of the conversation. We have then tried another 5-6 times since. This is truly disgusting. There is no need to have such an attitude or to question the customer. I mean no disrespect, but I feel very offended. I hope this is dealt with appropriately because it reflects terribly on the company.
