Smokey’s Dairy (Smokey Trotters Dairy) is the Ibrox offshoot of east-end burger outfit Smokey Trotters Kitchen. Owner Robert Lorimer (“Big Smokey”) took over the former Good Times Roll unit at 208 Copland Road; Glasgow Live covered the opening in October 2024. The idea is a modern dairy/roll shop: hot and cold filled rolls, New York–style bodega buns, smash burgers, coffee and fries — breakfast gear available all day. Hours are 9am–9pm for brekkie rolls, bodega buns and smash burgers. Lorimer’s London Road kitchen is known for dipping burgers, sandwiches, nuggets and wings; Canadian food presenter Brant Pinvidic has called the burgers among the best he’s had. I'm a Smokey's fan both the Dairy and the Kitchen . The amazing Laura make the experience extra special, with her infectious energy and efficiency, not to mention the smile. Food without exception is brilliant and a regular feature most weekends
Read on Google MapsOne of the first customers as it just opened a day ago! Gotta say love the place and the staff are absolute class, the food is good and the music is on point. This place is perfect in location as it is close to the center, hydro, and is located in the west end. I had the classic burger and I loved it! There are other options that I will definitely try in the near future, this will not be my only visit!

Him and that review is a complete joke, I was in here last week 3 of us bought burgers and there were fantastic, slightly burnt on the base of the roll but otherwise very good, will defo be back to try again! Highly recommended.. David you are missing out! 😀👍
