Food was edible but nothing to rave about. Front of house guy was a star but the takeaway honestly looks really shady

The house Ruby fried rice is Amazing & we are fussy ! Juicy king prawn marinated beef & pork chicken was good too Not that sponge frozen cube chicken from Costco wouldn't go anywhere else tbh good prices too x

aye so back in October, I ordered a salt and chilli munchie box and they forgot the chicken balls, pure devastation ik. complained at the time, and they said, “next time u order, youll get two free munchie boxes.” sounded fair, right? wrong. fast forward to today, I walk in, mention the deal, and suddenly the guy behind the counter is looking at me like I’ve just asked him to recite the full works of shakespeare. proper raging anaw acting like im some sort of criminal mastermind running a munchie box scam. aye mate, cuz thats how I spend my free time. showed him proof, and he still looked like id just asked him to explain quantum physics. then he gets his colleague, who looks just as confused and about as happy as a dug that’s just been telt it’s going to the vet. after a bit of huffin and puffin, he takes my name, number, and postcode, saying he’d “check with the manager and phone me.” spoiler alert: never phoned. so, cheers for the experience, lads. 5 stars for the entertainment, 1 star for the service. if u fancy getting stared at like a madman and treated like yer trying to commit some high-level munchie box fraud, this is the place for you. otherwise, i’d say avoid—unless u enjoy disappointment with a side of attitude.

The best part about this takeaway was when i walked out the door. I was promised 2 free munchy boxes next time i order due to a wrong order first time round. I walk in and they refused to give me it despite having receipts. They took my phone number and said they’d phone me but never did. Guy behind the counter had a very aggressive stance when I stated that I was allowed free food and the woman in the back was absolutely clueless.

Ordered from here and honestly, never again. Food took forever, arrived cold, and tasted awful. Soggy chips, dry chicken, and curry sauce like cement. Called to ask where it was, and the woman on the phone was unbelievably rude. Terrible service, terrible food. 1/5.
